You can map a new sales type to a specific printing setup by using the printer setup workflow in the backend. First, go to the printer settings wizard in the backend management, then configure the cashier printer and kitchen printer as needed. In the wizard, you can set the printer name, model, paper width, cutting, header, footer, and for kitchen printers also the print mode, then continue to the next step or finish setup. If you need this new sales type to print to a specific kitchen printer, set the Print Group in Pudding Configurator under Menu Item and Course settings, so the menu items for that sales type go to the correct printer.
