If you want to enable the buzzer in the printer properties on your computer, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, right-click the printer, open Printer Properties, then go to Preferences > Advanced, find the paper output tray option, and select the corresponding setting you need. If you also want to turn on the buzzer in the cashier/back-office software, go to Hardware and Staff > Printer Settings and make sure “Print after beep” is checked. The buzzer can only be fully controlled by setting both the printer driver and the backend software。
